Our Standard Return Policy

We offer a 14 days return policy from the day an order arrives at your door. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered and you have not sent back the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return delivery fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us to confirm if your return is authorized before sending anything back to us or attempting to return the item(s). We will send you a reply within 48 hours on how you will return back the item(s) to us.

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Fesuba.com. If you purchase an item from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost and delivery charges for any return or exchange. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
