Domestic (UAE) Delivery

·         Free shipping across the UAE for orders above AED 300.

·         AED 25 flat rate for orders below AED 300.

·         Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement.

·         Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days (except during UAE public holidays).

·         Orders are delivered by our courier partners; expect a call from the courier within 3 days of placing your order.

·         Please note: some areas may not be serviceable.

 

International Delivery

·         FESUBA ships worldwide via DHL Express.

·         Delivery timelines and shipping rates depend on destination.

·         Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
